About Jackie Reisner:
Jackie Reisner is an accomplished HR professional and Project Manager with 15 years of experience and a strong background in Talent Management and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She is currently the Sector Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems sector, supporting approximately 12,000 employees. Her experience in HR, Industrial/Organization Psychology, Organizational Effectiveness, and Talent Acquisition have provided her with a varied background and perspective she brings to our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion function.
Jackie joined Northrop Grumman in February 2008 as a member of a rotational HR Leadership Program. She was previously the TA Operations and University Relations & Recruiting Manager for Defense Systems, where she was responsible for all facets of the sector's Talent Acquisition operations. Prior to that, she held numerous sector and corporate leadership roles in Talent Management & Development, HRIS, and Talent Acquisition.
Jackie earned two Masters Degrees, a M.S. in Industrial and Organizational (IO) Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park and a M.A. in Human Resources Management from the University of South Carolina's Moore School of Business, as well as a B.A. in Political Science from Rollins College. She also holds a variety of certifications in HR, training/instructional design, and project management.
About Latesha Taylor:
Latesha Taylor joined Northrop Grumman in 1999 after completing her Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. Latesha has supported of a number of technical and leadership roles focused in the development of Command & Control Systems for Northrop?s Space contracts. She has also led numerous STEM/outreach programs and Diversity endeavors earning her local and national recognition with Black Engineer of the Year Community Outreach, Women of Color in Technology Educational Leadership, and Los Angeles Council of Engineers & Scientist awards.
Latesha is currently leading the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program within the Northrop Grumman Space sector. She is responsible for implementing the DE&I strategy across an organization of 26000+ employees located throughout US and international sites.
Latesha holds a Master?s in Systems Engineering from University of California San Diego along with various certifications in Project Management, Organizational Leadership, and DE&I. She resides in Southern California with her Spouse and Daughter and enjoys serving as a Girl Scout Leader along with other community efforts.
