Patrick Banger has served as Town Manager for the past 8 years and has witnessed rapid growth in both our residential and business populations.  Patrick is well-respected nationally for his innovation, introduction of municipal digital communications with its citizens and businesses, and his focus on community planning that ensures Gilbert’s success into the future. 
 
Topics will include the Town of Gilbert’s response to COVID-19, including plans to reopen; level of Town Services today and into the future; what businesses can anticipate; and how this impacts the Town’s ability to become the “City of the Future.”
