Workshop: The Gear Check: The Business Starts With the Leader (CATALYST)

Jon Kowanetz’s True North Business Mapping series is designed as a modular, progressive roadmap for business leaders. While each of the five workshops builds logically upon the previous one to form a complete blueprint for growth, every session is a self-contained "waypoint" packed with standalone tools and insights.

Whether participants attend the full 5-part series or drop in for specific topics, they will walk away with actionable strategies they can immediately apply to their business.

Waypoint 1: The Gear Check - The Business Starts With the Leader
Before you can build a stronger business, you need to understand the person leading it. This workshop explores the mindset, habits, assumptions, and leadership patterns that shape how you make decisions and run your business. You’ll identify what’s helping you move forward, what may be holding you back, and where a shift in your own approach could create meaningful change in your business, and in your life.
